We have now completed fulfilment!
If you have been in touch about missing parcels or items these will have been actioned.

1/ Check your pledge manager survey is complete and you have no fees outstanding (if you are waiting for digital rewards these can be found in your survey under the digital downloads tab).
2/ Reach out to me [email protected] with your backer number and address so I can find out what's going on with your pledge shipment.

Shipping Update!

Shipping is underway!!
I hope this finds you all well!
This is a quick update on where we are with fulfilment.
Address confirmation emails for the US & CA went out on Friday. The project is on the schedule to go out week commencing September 9.
The UK, EU & rest of world shipment hit a delay in port, but the team are working hard to get started shipping this week.
Australia & NZ shipping is underway so you'll receive your rewards any day.
Asia fulfilment is complete and packages are en-route.

Shipping update! How to update your address and when to expect your rewards

We are now reaching the exciting point of proceedings where we get to share with you all the things we have made together!
Here is a quick recap of where we are -
- The ships & containers are now very close to our warehouses (indeed the US & CA orders are expected to arrive early next week)
- We have formatted, submitted, reviewed and approved all the order details (this actually takes a lot of input from us and QML to make sure all the orders translate through onto different warehouse systems correctly!)
- Next Steps are to receive and check stock into the warehouses and then book the jobs into the schedule.
- Address verification email for the US, EU & UK will be sent out in the next fortnight or so, so if you need to update your details watch out for this email.

So in a nutshell most of you should receive your rewards in August and if you need to change your address then (UK, EU & US) you can do this via the address verification email, everyone else please email or message me!

Shipping Update - Charging Cards & locking addresses

Just a quick update from us.
Now we are "on the water" we will be charging cards and locking addresses so we can pass the details across to our fulfilment partner.
We now have enough surveys completed so this will be happening today & tomorrow.
From this point if you need to update your order or address this will be a manual process our end so please message me. There will be one last reminder to check your details as the fulfilment houses will send an address verification email before they ship.
If you have not yet completed your survey please can you do it asap?
We are expecting to receive the Terrain Set into our fulfilment warehouses and be ready to start the usual pre postage checks in August (shipping is still very slow currently and is adding at least a couple of weeks to most transit times).
