Shipping update #1!

The Terrain Set is now officially on the water!
We are delighted to announce that we have completed manufacture and got the shipments onto ships and the Terrain Set is heading to our warehouses as we speak! We expect it to arrive in early August.
As I'm sure you have heard international freight shipping is both expensive and lengthy at the moment, and while we would usually be confident that stock would be on the water for about 6 weeks right now we are erring on the side of caution and allowing 8-10. The Australia shipment has to be consolidated so this may take a little extra time.
We are using fulfilment hubs in China, Australia, UK & US for this project.
So you know what to expect we are hopeful we can get physical rewards to backers around the end of August, but this may push back to September depending on the freight situation and the traffic in our fulfilment hubs.
If you have not done so already, please can you complete your pledge manager survey.
This is very important and you won't receive your rewards if we don't have your survey! You can get the link resent to you here -

Locking your surveys, charging cards and a manufacturing update!

Exciting news!
We have now completed the manufacture process and the Terrain Set is setting sail to our regional hubs at the end of May!
We have a copy off the production line and I will have this with us at UK Games Expo next week, so if you would like to see please swing by Hall 1 Stand 539 :). I will also post a video update so you can get as excited as we are about this amazing product!!
We are delighted as our factory have completed ahead of schedule, and we are able to bring in our partner QML to start planning our last mile fulfilment. This means we will need to lock your orders, charge cards and lock addresses.
I have just sent everyone who has completed their survey a notification that they will lock in 48 hours, so any changes please make then now. Following this we will charge your cards next week in the first week of June, and following this we will lock addresses on Backerkit.
If you are not able to complete your survey please don't worry, we can process you later, and you will be able to update your address after we have locked (but this will be a manual process our end).
QML have asked us to supply this information to them next week, and they have asked the following country specific questions -
- No Canada PO Boxes as they cannot ship to them
- Brazil orders need to include the backer's CPF#
- Spain backers should include their Tax ID
Any questions or queries please reach out and let us know.
This means that we should be in a position to get your rewards out to you in August for most of you (Australia and NZ backers we need to consolidate your shipment which will add a little time so you can expect your rewards in September).

Pledge Manager is coming!

Pledge Manager
Please keep an eye on your inbox for your email link to the Terrain set pledge manager!
We are "smoke testing" today (where the survey goes to about 5% of you so we can triple check everything is working as expected). It will then be sent out to everyone hopefully mid week.
We need you to complete the survey as this is where you tell us your shipping address, pay shipping & taxes and select any additional purchases you may want.
Important Points
- The email will come from a 'backerkit' email address, make sure to check spam and junk folders if nothing turns up this week.
- Once you have completed your survey press the "Get Your Digital Downloads" button displayed at the end of the survey and you will find the links to your digital rewards.
- If you are an early bird backer and you'd like to switch pledge level please do so and then drop me a Kickstarter message as I'll have to manually re-add your early bird reward onto your new pledge.
- When redeeming the code for your digital content you will be sent to DriveThruRPG. The link should add the rewards, free of charge, into your basket to checkout. They will then remain in your library for you to download at your leisure. The error message "exceeds maximum uses" usually means the file is already in your library, sort by recent or search by publisher and it should pop up for you.
- We will be locking surveys and charging cards in mid June. It would be super helpful if you could complete your survey in May if you are able to.
- You will be able to update your address in the survey right up until we lock them. We will send out a 48 hour warning before we do this.
- If you have Roll20 rewards, you will be prompted for your Roll20 email account details during the DriveThruRPG checkout process, the rewards will then appear in the 'My Marketplace Items' page on the Roll20 Account that uses that email address.

Printing update and Pledge Manager News

We have an exciting update!
Everything is now printing! We have now officially signed off all the print files for this project and we are printing! Its all go and we've been working behind the scenes with our factory to get the materials ordered in good time as there are some bottlenecks at the moment as its a super busy time for manufacturing!
We have a tentative completion estimate from our factory of Mid June, so we will be in touch nearer the time with more news and to share the ship names so you can track your maps as they set sail around the globe.
The pledge manager is nearly ready, and we are on track to launch this in about two weeks once we have finished testing it!
We are drafting an update to help you complete your survey, and this is where you will access the codes for all the digital files, fulfilled by DrivethruRPG and Roll20 depending on what you pledged for.

The Pledge Manager - What to expect and when.

We wanted to give you a quick update on the pledge manager
We will be using Backerkit for our pledge manager survey.
The survey is where you can change or confirm your pledge level and add on extra purchases, and where we will collect your shipping address and charge for shipping.
We will also use the pledge manager to share the digital files.
You will be able to access the codes for your digital rewards in the Digital Rewards Tab at the end of the survey.
We are working on this now, and we will be opening the pledge manager in April.
We'll send a further update out ahead of the survey to walk you through completing it for our first timers.
